Mrs James McCarron
 

The Mercury, Cooma 6^th October 1902

Mrs. James McCarron Snr. of Cooma, died early on Wednesday morning last, at the age of 60, the cause of death being enteritis. Mrs. McCarron was born in Thurles, Tipperary County, Ireland and had resided in this district for 25 years. The funeral took place on Friday afternoon, the remains being interred in the Roman Catholic Portion of the Mittagng Cemetery. A large number of residents followed the remains to the cemetery, where the service was read by the Rev. Father Gunning.
