R. L. Sands,
Auctioneer

R. L. Sands, Auctioneer, Sharp Street, Cooma, came to the district in 1889. He was clerk to Hain and McKeachie, and was six years with F. J. Seawright, also five years with I. A. Sellar, trading as Sands and Sellar. Mr. Sands retired for five years and started again in 1912. He is the Son of the late William Sands, of Goulburn, who was the oldest auctioneer in the State at that time.
