J. A. Norris, 1902
J. A. Norris, Vale Street, Cooma, "Overland" and "Willys -
Knight" District Sales and Service Station. Mr. J. A. Norris and his
brother, D. D., opened up in 1902, and about a year later D. D. went out of
business. Mr. J. A. Norris has been the local agent for the Speedwell cycles
since the inception of the business, and was the first to sell benzine to a
customer in Cooma. He is agent for The International Harvester Co., Rover, Clyno
and Austin (British) cars. also International trucks.
